Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Because our service is month‑to‑month after your trial period, if you’re not happy you can simply cancel your membership. You keep all the design assets and source files we’ve created for you, so the risk is very low thanks to the flexibility of cancellation.
What if I only have a single request?
Our service is built for ongoing design needs—designed for those who need a dedicated, on‑demand designer for regular projects. If you only have one request, you might treat it as a one‑month membership, but our ideal clients are those who benefit from continuous creative support.
Is there any design work you don't cover?
We offer two subscription levels. The standard level covers a comprehensive range of 2D design services—including branding, presentations, scientific illustrations, social media graphics, and more. Our premium level includes advanced 3D modeling in addition to everything offered in the standard plan.
What if I don't like the design?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. With our unlimited subscription, you can request revisions until the design perfectly aligns with your vision—that’s the beauty of having an unlimited service, where ongoing refinements are part of the process.
How do I request designs?
After subscribing, you gain access to our user-friendly design request portal. Submit your brief via our online system or email—complete with any reference materials or a short video if you prefer. Typically, you’ll receive your initial draft within 48 to 72 hours.
What programs do you design in?
We use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Every final design is delivered with full source files, ensuring you have complete ownership and the flexibility to adapt the design as needed.
